Elegant Tern is a sheer nude with a white shimmer throughout.
Elegant Terns are agile white seabirds with a shock of black feathers on the top of their heads and bright orange bills. During the breeding season, they get beautiful rosy-pink feathers on their underside.
In 2021, International Bird Rescue saved thousands of Elegant Tern chicks from drowning after their colony relocated to a hazardous nesting area on a barge.

Application:
Apply 2-3 coats of polish and seal it in with 1-2 coats of your topcoat of choice.
